This is a pretty cool concept. The City of Louisville has designated the concrete structure beneath i-65 on Market Street as an "Experimental Urban Art Project".
This started last fall and should continue through Summer 07. Every week there is something different. I didn't notice how spectacular it was until I needed to walk to and from work for a week.
